Fleet Oil Analysis Program
Nov 9, 2001
Using the security of an Internet web site, CITGO's HD LubeAlert offers the ultimate in convenience because it does not require paper filing, has electronic data delivery and--through the proprietary Unit Condition Report--lists only the units with current or potential problems.
""The mountains of paperwork, worry over the frequency of oil sampling and consistent maintenance follow up causes fleet managers a lot of stress,"" says Mark Betner, CITGO's Heavy Duty product manager. ""The CITGO HD LubeAlert program eliminates a lot of that stress because it?s easy to institute, includes a cost-effective sampling process and, best of all, provides convenient and easy-to-understand reporting through a secure Web site."" Features of the CITGO HD LubeAlert oil analysis program include:
*Available for CITGARD? 600, CITGRAD SynDurance?, Mystik JT-8?, and Mystik SX-8? product customers.
*Significant maintenance budget savings are realized because a typical customer who samples each unit six times a year will save approximately 48 cents per gallon of oil.
*No waiting for paper reports to come in the mail: once samples are submitted to the CITGO HD LubeAlert laboratory in Tulsa, Okla., data is generated and sent back to the customer electronically. Through the Unit Condition Report, the laboratory will make appropriate comments and recommendations on the condition of each unit.
*A Missed Units Report details units that were not sampled on schedule.
* OEM Wear Data is customized to unit engine type and graphically illustrates oil condition trends and equipment wear data.
* An Equipment Inventory List Report lists all units enrolled in the program.
* A Wear Metals Graphing Report shows wear metal trends for all data in the fleet?s database.
